Flash Floods in Sihanoukville
Sihanoukville, Cambodia News: According to the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, an exceptionally heavy spell of rain in Sihanoukville on December 10, 2018, caused flash flooding, closing some roads in the town.
Many local people believe that the increasingly severe flooding in Sihanoukville is due to the large number of construction sites, which have reduced the habitual runoff areas and contribute to the detritus blocking the drains.

Where are the Japanese drainage engineers and money when you need them most.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.
