Exciting Sighting! Rare Species Spotted on Sihanoukville Road Divider

Sihanoukville Breaking News: In a blast to the past this morning, 20 June 2019, a western man was found sleeping on the road divider in the middle of Ekareach Street in front of Orange Mart in Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville.
This is breaking news because Europeans have become a rare species in Sihanoukville town, and their habitat is now mostly restricted to the Otres Beach area, the islands, and in a few compounds on the city's outskirts.
Only a few years ago, it was a common sight to see a foreign man passed out on Sihanoukville's streets, but it has been a long time since a westerner was observed comatose as far downtown as Orange Mart, and early this morning an intrepid reporter was fortunate to catch this male attempting to nest close to the little supermarket where westerners used to hang out and drink cheap beer.

It is not known if the man was lost, nostalgic, or simply not right in the head. Let's hope that his homing instinct will guide him to one of the few remaining western bars, because he will not be able to survive for long on a road divider on Sihanoukville's main street among the SUVs and concrete trucks.

An example of Chinese hospitality I think.

The poor man was probably trying all day to find a hotel that did not bar non Chinese and then collapsed on the floor with exhaustion.

Sleeping on road dividers can be dangerous. Drunk driving Chinese like to use them for target practice. (Just take a look at the road sign on the end of the divider near the dudes feet).

I was going to guess a lost western tourist :)

That looks like one of the dregs left behind, when everybody left in a hurry
