Anybody thinking that couriers are ok do not know how they proceed and why they are allowed to import products quickly.
He was just lucky in the past, but this is not a rule that couriers are ok.
He has quite a lot of experience in the shipping industry and understands that all registered mail is checked, whereas only a tiny fraction of DHL shipments are checked. This is because DHL has a deal with customs that allows them to clear most items before they even arrive, they are the only company in Cambodia to have such a deal in place. This isn't even worth discussing, I've said all I have to say on the subject.

Yes, DHL deal as any courier deal anywhere in the world is that they tax parcels on behalf of customs.
So he was definitively lucky not to have to pay or be caught by customs earlier.
Wrong, not all registered mails are checked, only idiots could believe this.
Right, not even worth discussing when people have no idea about how wrong they are <3

Again, DHL is the only courier service in the country to have this deal in place, it's a simple point of fact. This is like arguing with a fucking retard who just arrived in the country and has no fucking clue what he's talking about.

All couriers have the same deal in any countries, or they could not deliver parcels faster.
They tax parcels on behalf of customs and only retarded could not understand why any courier company would be allowed to delivered faster and allow customs to lose money by not charging some parcels with duty fee.
