Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): On June 14, 2019, at 8 pm, two thieves stole a Highlander car plat PP 2S-4126 which had two kids inside, on street 143, Sangkat Olympic, Khan Chmakarmorn, Phnom Penh.

According to the victims' family, a married couple, a 38-year-old woman, Pov Bopha, and her husband Nup Piset, also 38, were driving their car in Phnom Penh, with their 11-year-old daughter and a two month old baby in the back seat. They stopped off to buy something for just a minute, and left the car with the engine on and the kids inside the car.
Suddenly, the two suspects walked up to the car and jumped inside and drove off with the kids inside. The children's mother screamed and cried until she passed out. The police chased the suspects and found the car in Kbal Thol area, but the thieves managed to escape.

After that, the police took the car with the parents and the kids to the police station for questioning and they are still searching for the suspects.
