Bacon Bones - WTB?

Post by PSD-Kiwi »

Anyone know of any butchers who smoke their bacon on the bone? I'm after bacon bones, the meatier the better! Tried all the usual haunts but no luck so far unfortunately.

Yea, I have been asking around for the past few years with no luck, even Brian of Smokey Dah Boar doesn't smoke his bacon on the bone :(
Guess I'll have to do it myself if I don't have any luck soon.

I'll happily buy smoked bacon bones from you if you end up with an excess.
