Do Cambodians have a national identification number?
My girlfriend is filling out a visa application.
It asks for her national identification number. Is the answer "none/does not apply" . . . or should she fill in the number of her ID card?
Does the number on the card have any significance and is it used for any other purpose, like an American social security number . . . or does it just reflect how many cards are issued?

It’s on her ID Card. If’s she’s applying for a VISA for a trip overseas, better to have her own passport. Good luck!

It is the number on their National ID Card, this number is issued at the time the birth is registered and is valid for life.
