Woman Taken Into Custody After Attacking Cars

Sihanoukville, Cambodia News: A Sihanoukville woman had to be restrained at the Caltex station on Ekareach Street, at 9:30 pm on June 4, 2019. The woman was attacking cars, and had smashed a windscreen before by-standers grabbed the woman and restrained her until police arrived to take her into custody. She is believed to suffer from mental illness.

Is she the one regularly seen in the nuddy in that area? Seems unlikely that there would be two of them

The late/middle aged one, with the dreadlocks and the pot belly?
If so, she seems to be based out on Mekong River Rd at Prek Leap. Walks the 6-7 k's back and forth to town, sometimes daily.
