A policeman who doesn't know about CCTV cameras got caught in the act here. The thief has not yet been publicly identified, but he should be in the mugshot section of the news very shortly now that he has been seen on social media video stealing an ipad from a shop.

And it would seem CEOCambodiaNews is not aware of linking when stating "who doesn't know about CCTV cameras got caught in the act here" :facepalm:

Edit: my mistake, my adblocker removed the video, now go ahead and shame me...

Looks like he has 1st lieutenant epaulets, not sure which police branch he is from. You can see the left shoulder badge but it's not clear.

He has been identified as Heng Hab, a 25-year-old Maritime Police Commandant.
