Kandal province, Cambodia News: On May 18, 2019, at 7:35 am, the police informed local people that there was a case of stealing money at a shop in Kampong Svay 2 village, Kompong Svay commune, Kandal province.

The victim was named as Kea Srey Mom, Female, 28, clothes seller, living in Prek Ta Nub village, Kampong Svay commune.
Kien Svay district, Kandal province.
The victim was feeding her baby in the stall when two people came in to distract the seller, asking about buying clothes, while the other suspect, Pin Pirath, snatched the victim's purse containing $ 1,195 and took off on a motorbike to Phnom Penh.
The three suspects have been identified : 2 are female and 1 male.
