Carload of Chinese Drive Off the Riverbank in Phnom Penh
Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): On May 17, 2019, at 04:17 am, a group of 4 Chinese men and women drove a car into the river, near Rainbow bridge (Koh Pich) in Phnom Penh. The car was severely damaged but nobody was injured.
Before the incident, a Mazda BT50 plate no.PP2AY-3139 was reportedly chasing a Camry car when it hit the fence of the warehouse and went over the riverbank. The Camry car drove off and left the scene.
After the incident, the car owner paid compensation for the damage caused by the accident so he could get his car back.

I've had multiple rental vehicles here long term.
All came with similar vip, army etc plaques on the dashboard.
