That scrawny, little, Cambodian punkass piece of shit is weaving awkwardly at riverside every day. Obviously the police didn't arrest the kid. Yesterday I was there and I watched him walk by me and target another foreigner, who was busy talking up some Khmer woman. The little bastard had his friend stand in front of the guy, about 3m away, while he snuck behind him to steal something.

As I was about 10m away, I simply stood up, while fixating my eyes on the happenings. He immediately noticed me watching his plan of theft in action. After seeing I was intently watching, the scumbag and his partner in crime setting the diversion wisely decided not to continue with the plan.

They still wanted to show me their displeasure by then walking back in front of me, trying to save face.

If you are ever at riverside, keep vigilant.
