Kampong Speu, Cambodia News: The Kampong Speu authorities stepped in and stopped the marriage between a Cambodian woman and foreign man from Malaysia on May 10, 2019 at 2:30 pm. The couple have allegedly not submitted the necessary paperwork for their wedding to be legally recognized.

The couple consists of Cambodian national, Sar Saroeun, female, 27, staying at Phum Thom Village, Por Senchey district, Bor Seth district, Kampong Speu province, and GOH HOCK LKE, 51, male, Malaysian nationality, working at Laryta Car Repair Company Location in Phnom Penh .
