Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): On May 10, 2019, an unidentified foreign man has died after jumping from a building in Sangkat Psar Kandal, Khan Don Penh, Phnom Penh. Drug use is suspected.

Saw the ambulance picking him up myself on St. 110 just past St. 5. Morticia happened to be walking past but didn't go for a look when she heard the screams and commotion. She told me locals said the back of his head was pretty smashed in.

Seems he tried to jump yesterday, but the landlord stopped him and locked him out to prevent dying in his place. He seems to have found a way today. RIP.
