Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): On May 08, 2019,at 2 am, a drunk man smashed his Range Rover car into an electric pole and advertising sign in Sambou village, Sangkat Dongkor, Phnom Penh. The car was taken into custody by police and the drunk man went home.

Before the incident, a Range Rover car plate no.PP2Q-1278 was driving at high speed in the direction from west to east, until it smashed into the electric pole and the advertising sign. The car got severely damaged. After that, the driver left the accident scene in another car.

The police went to the scene to check the accident and took the car to the police station waiting to sort the problem out later. As often happens with accidents involving the rich and privileged, the drunkard who caused the accident went home to sleep it off, and he will go to the police in the morning to negotiate a fine. He will get his car repaired. He will not be bothered about the fact that he was drunk and a public danger on the road.

That's a poor man's Rover though.

Stop using this as soon as there's a car involved. He's no way rich nor privileged . He's just lucky that he didn't kill anybody and will pay a compensation for damaging public property.

The only positive aspect of this story is that it's going to cost him a pretty penny to patch that fucker up.
