Inuboshi Kensuke, the third secretary at the Japanese Embassy in Cambodia, has been lauded on social media for posting this video where he demonstrates his love for the Khmer language and culture. He has been in Cambodia for two and a half years, and has a particular interest in traditional music such as the traditional Khmer chapey dong veng.
