British Man, DAVID VOUGH, Passes Away in Kampot Hospital

Kampot, Cambodia News: A foreign man has died in Kep Thmey village, Boeung Touk commune, Tek Chhou district, Kampot Province,on April 23, 2019.
Police said the victim was identified as DAVID VOUGH, a 78-year-old British citizen. According to doctors and medical science officials at the Sun Yak Memorial Hospital, the man died from fever. No further details. RIP.

I don't think there is ever a good time to die, but at age 78 it looks like Mr. Vough has had a decent innings.

He was a long term guest at Paris 2 just off the durian circle.
