Power Out Tonight for Siem Reap, Banteay Meanchey, Battambang and Pursat ?

A post on social media 50 minutes ago reports that most parts of Siem Reap, Banteay Meanchey, Battambang and Pursat are without power. Edc are working on it, but it has been suggested that this may take some hours and may not be fixed until midnight tonight.If anyone can confirm this or has further information, please post your information here.

Power went out 3-4 pm o'clock, until 11o'clock pm, around 11:30pm it was out again. When it was on again, I don't know, I was sleeping.

An announcement from EDC on the Siem Reap electric supply, saying that the power will be off on April 25, 2019 for repairs and replacement of used material at some of the following times and places as below :
