Local cops know exactly who are the gang criminals. The gangs live in their own house with their boss, and are known to the cops and local community.

The cops quickly arrest the crooks, then the boss greases the cops’ palms and just as quickly gets them out.

If the crooks get roughed up by the cops, the boss also pays for their medical care, too.

So that's how it works! I always wondered.
Thanks for that.

But a victim MUST PAY the cops to get off their ass and put the beer down, write a report, and find the perp, right?

When It goes on social media, it gives the cops incentive to do something.

In many cases the victim pays the cops, but they dont do anything. They just get money from the criminals and money from the victims.
