On the issue of the over the shoulder boulder holder, the purpose of the bra was ostensibly for support. Larger breasts could nestle into these stanchions and be held in place for efficiency and comfort while women were performing their work.

From what I have observed, the Khmer purchase rather stiff appliances that offer more shape and volume, and that these have noting to do with support at all. It's as if they (titties) sit inside of these cups, as they would, without either of them actually ever being introduced to each other.
