Streaming not Allowed in Cambodia

Hey guys. I had this patch I downloaded that let me enjoy netflix and Hulu from Cambodia. But I had my computer cleaned out and so went the patch.

Anybody know of a patch I can use to stream my enjoyables?

Also I have gameranger but in Cambodia I have an issue where there is a firewall blocking me everytime I use it no matter where the hotspot is.

Any help would be fantastic and If you help me with gameranger...beer on me seriously. I want to play age of empires online with my friends back home

Will I be able to watch UK Sky ( Rugby League) live when there ?

If so how, I will have a good laptop but what do I need to install ?

I use ZenMate with the Chrome browser. UK, USA, Switzerland, and Germany exits available.
