Do you have copies of passports for all your guests? Simple solution to go to immigration.

I'm assuming you're not going to the cops or immigration to avoid scrutiny on your place and staff or deal with the additional 'coffee' costs that you'll incur .

If this is the case, you're in a pickle.

How about sending his passport photo and details to an admin here, and let them decide how to censor and release the info? If you don't want to release private info, you can try finding his fb/social profiles and publicly posting there. Shame him into action.

That being said, chances of recovering your loss are slim, unless he messes up.

chances are if he has no money he has no visa so report him to police.
