What K440 Poster Would You Like to See On Here?

If you have something so weird, strange or off-topic to post and think it doesn't belong in any other forum; you're probably right. Please put all your gormless, half-baked, inane, glaikit ideas in here. This might also be a place where we throw threads that appear elsewhere that don't belong ANYWHERE end up, instead of having to flush them. FORUM RULES STILL APPLY.

That is NOT a board I'd want to spend a lot of time contributing on, IMHO.

Come on over for good, Gavin. Your allegiance to K440 died along with KiR. Image
Agreed. I'd like to see him over here.

But what time do you open for breakfast? Image

I'm devastated to hear this. It has been the default breakfast place for many of us for a long time. It was the only time I've had black pudding, which I quite enjoyed. Image

I believe this news could cause riots in the streets of Phnom Penh.

The Green Vespa closed over a year ago and its next best the Cavern has all but closed. So what happens now? Where can us hungry and thirsty brits go now?

With all the hundreds of bars in town you'd have thought that someone would have opened a half decent local by now.

The food business and daytime trade has at best been a break even deal for the Cavern. With Robbie moving on the kitchen still functioned ok but I had to come to work in the morning. When all the kitchen staff decided they all wanted to take Pchum Ben off and they couldnt work out a schedule to keep it open I obliged them by closing the kitchen and shutting down the day time operation. They were a good crew and I wish them well in their new jobs. Although I'm tempted to keep one of the cooks on as a personal cook as it's hard to find good food.

Less hours less hassle and the same amount of money.

If I get the new restaurant open it will be in a non-girlie bar area and family friendly. The food wont be as cheap though.
