Twelve Indian Men Detained for Immigration Irregularities

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On April 03, 2019, at 02:30 pm, the Immigration Police, coordinated by Mr. Sen Vireak, the prosecutor at Phnom Penh court, and Mr. Nget Sareth, clerk, supervised the detention of 12 Indian men, at house no. 27, on street 81, Sangkat Psar Thmei2, Khan Don Penh, Phnom Penh.

According to Lieutenant Chea Vichet, director of the Department of Investigation and Procedure, the immigration police went to check on 12 Indian men. The result was that 6 of the men had their passports confiscated because they didn't have a work permit, and other 6 Indian men were detained for not having a passport at all, and they were all sent to the Immigration Department to have their cases processed.

More people trafficking with the trafficker keeping the passport. So many black and indians affected by this, and east europeans also
