Secrets

This is the part of the forum where we discuss Cambodia's nightlife! While most bars, nightclubs, pubs, beer gardens, and hostess bars are in Phnom Penh, we discuss the Cambodian nightlife across all of Cambodia, including Siem Reap, Kampot, and Sihanoukville. The main nightlife areas in Phnom Penh are on Street 136, Street 130, Street 110 and Street 51, but there are other party spots that aren't girlie bars where expats, tourists, and locals drink until the sun comes up. Feel free to post specials and promotions that relate to nighttime fun!

I am cool w/ one of the owners and the singer. I messed up by just popping in and not really staying too long. Another friend said people dance in there but unsure. This summer will check it out longer. Honestly , it felt a little strange to have the girl up front walk you down the long hallway. The owner that I know used to live in Thailand and has been in Cambo for about a year or so ( i think)
Manhattan keeps on making it, Brooklyn keeps on taking it

I like it too. Had a good vibe in there. Nice mixture of bar/club type atmosphere. Nice addition to that street.

Because it's not a place for them to get 50c beers.
What is it a place for?
Nice wholesome gals :) it's more like a bar/club. Drinks starts at $3 so yeah..
FFS
Sounds on a par with pontoon and a shed load cheaper than a Khmer club. Not everyone in PP is here for 50p beers. Some of us would rather pay 75 cents and geta better class of sexpat to talk to
What is a shed load?

hang on, how can it be safe if the chinese are there? have you been to snooky lately. [Mod Edit: Take it down a few notches. Thanks.]
They are targeting the salary men not the Chinese construction workers like in Sihanouk. It's the construction workers in Sihanouk that's creating all the drama there

Lol yeah , this is so true. Mostly the Chinese construction workers are the one making trouble, other than that it seems just fine.

Absolutely but I don't feel special because of it.

I agree, you won't find many normal lifers on 136 at all.

I'd pay $3 a beer, but not for a Cambodia, Anchor etc
If you enjoy noise pollution and obnoxious driving practices, Phnom Penh is the place for you!
