I think people should stop using the word "accident" when talking about crimes like these. She wasn't driving through a busy intersection at that speed by accident, and she knew it carried a high likelihood of killing someone.

If I tie a rope to a chainsaw handle, start up the chainsaw and swing it around my head in a crowded area, no one would reasonably call it an "accident" when someone gets their head cut off as a result of my actions. This isn't any different.

Excuse me? The difference between deliberately acting in a way that can reasonably be expected to kill innocent people and getting into a traffic "accident" isn't semantics legally or ethically. I'd say you're the one being disrespectful by not acknowledging the difference, and that this case is the former rather than the latter.

If its photos of the driver, (Yin Mana) shes in a Rolls Royce in one photo and also has a $130,000 Range Rover as shown in the receipt from the news report.

What kind of penalty will a person face for this kind of thing? Will they go easier on her because of her gender? If she was drunk, it is a worse penalty than just careless driving?

She was driving so crazy fast. That poor girl bounced 10-15 yards. Maybe more. And no one seems to run to her where she landed. People just drive past. Surreal.

In the news report, there's photos of another person laying curbside with their motor. But the other photos of the motor and deceased don't match, so who is that person, and how are they tied to this story?

That's some FU shit right there. So sorry for the victim and her family. RIP, Dum Rida.

Legally, she's a kid if she's not 18 yet and furthermore not allowed to drive.
