Post by CEOCambodiaNews »

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On March 12,2019, a 46-year-old Japanese woman, Yo Jiyou, had her bag snatched near TK market, Sangkat Beungkok, Khan Toul Kok, Phnom Penh. The victim's bag contained an iPhone, an iPod, $300 and some documents.

The incident occurred when the victim was crossing the road near TK market. Suddenly, a group of thieves rode their motorbikes to snatch the bag from the victim and drove off.
The victim then searched for the suspects following the GPS on her phone and found them on street 200 at 3:40 pm. The three suspects saw the victim, so they took a motorbike to escape, leaving another motorbike at the scene.

After the incident, Reussey Keo district police went to the scene and questioned the victim. After that, the victim was sent to Beung Kok police post to file a complaint.
