Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: Chinese people are reported to have been behaving badly, starting fights, in a restaurant named Eu Ouy, at 3 am on March 12, 2019, in Sangkat Tonle Basac, Khan Chamkarmorn, Phnom Penh.
A witness said that 3 Chinese nationals who were drinking at the restaurant, including one woman, started an argument with another group of Chinese who were in the restaurant as well. The two groups ended up attacking each other and caused some damage to the restaurant furniture.
Then after one group of Chinese left the scene, the other 3 Chinese started a fight with a group of Cambodian men who were drinking there. The two Chinese men were slightly injured in the brawl, while the woman watched the show.
Police were called to the fight scene, where they detained the Chinese customers and the Cambodian men and took them all to the police station for questioning.
