Pointed out by missus from Freshnews and Facebook:

HE is considering bringing the death penalty to Cambodia if the people want it.

It would be for the father or grandfather that rapes his kid.

This was after he talked with a little child that was raped by her father.

Not a law singling out the foreigner pedos, but a law that would applicable to all Cambodians.

I believe this was after he met Somaly Mam, who is still actively running an anti trafficking NGO after being banned by the government from running anti trafficking NGOs.

What about brothers, cousins, friendly neighbourhood meth addicts that rape children?

Death penalty is dangerous territory, given the state of the judicial system.
