Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On March 9, 2019, the Department of Investigation and Procedure of the Immigration Department of the Ministry of Interior expelled 20 foreign nationals from Cambodia and placed them under the banning blacklist for 3 years, following their arrest for committing illegal acts or immigration irregularities.

Lieutenant General Ouk Hai Seila, head of the Department of Procedures for Investigation and Procedure, said that the 20 expelled foreign nationals were six men and 14 women. Twelve of them were a group of Chinese women who were arrested for working as illegal sex workers in Preah Sihanouk province and using drugs.




Also deported for immigration irregularities were two Filipino women, an Indian man, a Sri Lankan man, an Indonesian male, and an American man arrested for disturbing the peace.

A few of those are sorry looking hookers. The third chick from the left looks cute. Shit she is high class. Shit she's either slouching from being bent over all the fucking time or hurting since her meth high has worn off.

My guess is they want Chinese speaking women. The pimps and the customers are Chinese. The open brothels ( where you can see the girls in the street or in shopfronts) all seem to have Chinese women working in them. Some of the women will be trafficked by triads or casino bosses, but others have probably heard about the new Macau and come to seek their fortunes.

Question is why the police chose to arrest these 12 women and not the hundreds of others working in Sihanoukville. Unlucky I guess, maybe drug use, or working for the wrong person.

That reminds me of a time some years ago, when the wife and I were eating at a Chinese hand pulled noodle restaurant on Monivong.

The table across from us caught my attention because there were two gentlemen engrossed in an animated discussion whilst two scantily clad, beautiful Khmer women sat across from them.

I thought the men were Chinese as that's what they were speaking, until one of them turned and spoke Khmer to the women. I guess he was a Khmer fixer who could converse in Chinese.

Anyway the Khmer dude and the two ladies got up and left. The Chin sat there and sloppily slurped his soup.

10 minutes later the Khmer guy shows up with two different Khmer ladies. They sit and another discussion in Chinese ensues between the two men.

And again, the Khmer fixer gets up and leaves with the two ladies. 10 minutes and now yet another two bangin' Khmer broads saunter in, rocking sexy mini skirts with safety shorts, as only Khmer broads can.

I guess the latest batch were acceptable, as soon after they arrived, the Khmer dude got up said something to the girls and left.

It was one of the most awkward scenes I've ever witnessed. Other than watching Cam Nivag trying to ask a Rose Bar cashier for her WhatsApp info.

The women sat there looking at their shoes whilst this slovenly Chin, calmly continued with his meal, all the while speckling the hapless girls with bone-broth as he devoured the remainder of his noodle soup.

I'm not 100% positive as to whether what I witnessed matched my deduction, he could have been interviewing for maid staff, but I think not.

Anyway my wife was no fun and wanted no part in my conjecture, all the while telling me to "shhhhhh".

The trio soon departed to what I hope was an amicable encounter for all involved.
