Hi,

Having registered a Sole Proprietorship last year in March '18, I am not sure now, whether I have to do online the Annual Declaration (ADCE) as SOLE PROPRIETOR (SP), respectively the re-registration.
There is a link when logged in as SP for re-registration on the MOC site, however not for ADCE.

I have also NOT received the respective email reminders from MOC, starting from 11h month after inauguration.
By now, I have heard basically every possible version in different shades from "must do" to "not applicable".

Could anyone please clarify for SP:
- if re-registration is required (what is it for exactly)
- if ADCE is required, applicable fee and how to do it online
