Two Drunks Hit for Compensation After Hitting Okhna's Rolls Royce
Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On the evening of March 05, 2019, at 10 pm, two drunk men on a motorbike crashed into the Rolls Royce car belonging to Doung Chay, a well-known Okhna, on Preah Norodom Boulevard, Khan Chamkarmorn, Phnom Penh.
Before the incident, the two very drunk men rode a Honda Dream motorbike plate PP1FI-1094 at high speed before crashing into the Rolls Royce causing slight damage to the car. The two men were also slightly injured in the accident. Okhna Doung Chay left the scene to let the police sort out the question of damage compensation with the two men.
Mr. Doung Chay posted on his social media account that " I felt bad that the men crashed into my car by mistake, but I will not forgive them for what they did, because they need to pay for the consequences of their act, especially since they didn't follow the traffic law, and they were drunk. Money is not important, but my car has been damaged and I want to keep it as a family legacy."
After the incident, two men were detained and sent to Khan Chamkarmorn police station for questioning.

Yeah, I'm sure these schlubs have the $22,000 needed to spiffy up the side paneling on this Rolls.CEOCambodiaNews wrote: ↑Thu Mar 07, 2019 12:56 pm I will not forgive them for what they did, my car has been damaged and I want to keep it as a family legacy."
All these Okhnas, hideously rich and dripping in diamonds and wealth, better mellow out a bit...unless they want to be marched out of Phnom Penh at the point of a bayonet by a large group of like-minded, organized, disenfranchised, disaffected and wayward youths.
Can't they still hear the echo's of '75?

This Duong Chay is no stranger to drunken behavior or violence:I will not forgive them for what they did, because they need to pay for the consequences of their act, especially since they didn't follow the traffic law, and they were drunk. Money is not important, but my car has been damaged and I want to keep it as a family legacy."

His roller was in a crash with a tuktuk a couple of years back:

Anyway, it seems he's now a reformed character who does a lot of charidee work.

Couple a years ago he was going to shoot Try Pheap's son in RSD because he didn't know who he is.

That's one of the stories I posted above.
The son of a wealthy property developer and police general was arrested Monday evening after attacking another rich, young businessman inside a Phnom Penh tattoo parlor, military police said Tuesday.
Duong Udomchorvin, the son of developer Duong Ngieb, a brigadier general in the Interior Ministry’s immigration department, slapped Try Daluch, 21, multiple times inside the RSD Tattoo parlor at about 8 p.m., said Khan Daravuth of the municipal military police’s investigations and justice department.
Duong Udomchorvin stands outside the Phnom Penh military police headquarters Tuesday after being arrested for slapping Try Daluch at a tattoo parlor the night before, in a photograph supplied by military police.
