1 Bedroom - Flat - Terrace

Looking for an apartment to rent in Phnom Penh? We have you covered. This is a good starting point for expats who are in the process of moving to Cambodia to live and work. Finding a villa, condo, flat, or borey to stay in when you arrive is probably one of your top priorities. Check out our listings from the community! And if you have a house or apartment for rent, you're welcome to list it here for free. Kampot, Siem Reap, Battambang, Sihanoukville, and other provinces around Cambodia also have places to rent, but you might have better luck finding them on foot after you arrive, as the largest number of listings are in the capital city of Phnom Penh.

Looks really nice. Pity there's no separate living room, but I suppose it might be possible to screen off the bed?

HOW is that a 1 bedroom apartment? It's a studio without any worthwhile furniture. Where's the sofa? TV?

Here's an idea... how about some kitchen cupboards and under counter storage? Where are you supposed to keep things? The kitchen will permanently look like a right mess. Even more than it does in the video...

$400 a month? You're having a laugh mate...

Agreed. It has character but it's a studio with zero storage for $400. Good luck with that.

Good luck living in that place during the wet season!

You can get an entire shophouse for that price in parts of the city.
