Gaddafi wasn’t manipulative and ruthless? He forcibly removed all the Italians from Libya to start. Controversial at the very least. And Che is a polarized figure to say the very least. He killed untold numbers.DrRawBlueGreen wrote:True leaders always die young, Che, King, JFK, Gaddafi and so on. Manipulative and ruthless “leaders” control the world, as usual.
Democracies aren’t perfect. But at least in a democracy the press and the people are supposed to keep the government in check.
Stating that western democracies are just the same as people’s democracies, authoritarian regimes, and fundamentalist governments seems ridiculous.
Given the choice an average person would rather live in the UK rather than Libya or North Korea or China.

Gaddafi was a dictator and didn’t accept those who were against him. Dictators say openly fuck off, while the pretending democracies, as there aren’t any truthful democratic countries anymore, not sure if there ever has been any, do it behind the back.
He shared the wealth of the country with its people and wanted to be as independent as possible. He lead his country in his best knowledge, unfortunately religiously influenced.
Che is the personification of selflessness. At war you have to kill, and he didn’t kill civilians to my knowledge. I googled Che again, the western medias are bashing him and the others praising him.
Before the war the weren’t so many Libyan in Europe unlike other North African. And it’s the western governments who control or want to control Africa and the Middle East. The trouble is made by the west believe it or not. And as posters said already they do it because they can. Do it motherfucker, but don’t tell me you are coming to save us.

It's already being used in America and probably UK, Fr, etc.
They just don't admit it.
There are lists and registries, they don't tell you about.

Yes, but do these lists monitor how much alcohol you buy and thereby whether you have a dependency? And are there cameras in all the streets actively matching faces to databases to figure out what you're doing (apart from passive ones just recording or being viewed by some security guy)? And do they rate your score such that your travel is restricted?

English version is Universal credi. Popel are left weeks or months with no money, you sre not disabled if youcan climb up 2 stairs etc etc etc. had first reported suicide last week I think and then a disabled woman lost $500 a month income because of a mistake and she had to sell all her stuff to stay afloat.
Funny thin gis all the benefit scroungers I know in the UK are conservatives because they have the education and money to get advice to maximise their claim.

You didn't actually answer CCs questions. Try again when you're sober.

What retailers are doing now is setting cameras up so that they watch eye movements. That way they know what you're looking at.clutchcargo wrote: ↑Tue Feb 26, 2019 10:17 am ....

This data can be accessed of course by "intelligence" agencies.
Of course you know they track your credit and debit card purchases, so if liquor is on them, they know. Insurance companies are really keen for this stuff because it tells them if you are at risk for certain diseases, then they can raise your rates.
You notice every few months there is a major theft of data, and the government cries crocodile tears and gives the victims a year of "identity theft" protection. But it is probably medical insurance companies that are behind it.
The only reason the cameras in the streets are not using facial recognition is because they technology is not yet developed enough.
we can kiss privacy goodbye, unless of course we take it back in certain ways that we shouldn't talk about.

Just a thought......
The new ID cards being issued here have micro chips in them.
Where were they made...................................Right first time......China.
Coincidence??? Or a beginning?

China Will Block Travel for Those With Bad ‘Social Credit’
http://fortune.com/2018/03/18/china-tra ... al-credit/
Full story:Chinese authorities will begin revoking the travel privileges of those with low scores on its so-called “social credit system,” which ranks Chinese citizens based on comprehensive monitoring of their behavior. Those who fall afoul of the system could be blocked from rail and air travel for up to a year.
China’s National Development and Reform Commission released announcements on Friday saying that the restrictions could be triggered by a broad range of offenses. According to Reuters, those include acts from spreading false information about terrorism to using expired tickets or smoking on trains.
