4 Drunk Chinese in a Car Smash Up a Noodle Cart, a Car, and a House, and then Refuse to Pay Compensation.
Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On February 25, 2019, at 2:10 am, a car full of 4 drunk Chinese men and women drove their Highlander car into a noodle cart, a car and some people's house, on street 271, Sangkat Beung Salang, Khan Toulkok, Phnom Penh.
According to the noodle cart owner, before the incident, a Highlander car plate no. PP2AP-8199 was driven by a Chinese man with 3 passengers. The car was driving fast along street 271, in the direction from south to north until they smashed into a noodle cart, a parked Lexus 470 car, and then finally they came to a stop after slamming into a house on the side of the road.
Fortunately there was no one injured, but following the accident, the drunk Chinese people refused to discuss any payment to the accident victims until the police showed up at the scene.
However, once the police arrived to sort out the mess, the Chinese people agreed to pay US$4000 to the noodle cart owner and the Lexus car, and another $4000 for the damage to the house.

There is one born every minute! never negotiate when drunk. The noddle cart is no more than $1000. Damage to house is just a bit of bending and welding

Never drive when drunk would prevent that.

Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Exactly right, insisting that cops be around is a mistake. And 500 is plenty for a noodle cart and the other damages.clutchcargo wrote: ↑Mon Feb 25, 2019 8:07 pmI'd go one further and say don't negotiate with the police present..they will want their cut..
