PassApp Tuktuk Driver Passes Out at the Wheel

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: At 11:52am on 24 February 2019, a man suddenly fainted while he was driving a passapp tuktuk in the streets of Phnom Penh. The victim of the fainting fit has been identified only as a 33-year-old man living in Boeung Kak commune, Meanchey district, Phnom Penh.

Fortunately, the driver had no passengers and was not injured. He was assisted by passers-by who saw the incident which occurred along Street 371, Khan Dangkor, Phnom Penh. They called the man's relatives to come and take him home.

I think that was the one arguing with a couple of big africans at 2 am outside my room over 500 riel. Exhausted afte an hour of it . over 500 riel. He must be exhausted. This big pair do it every night. Nothing a small Khmer can do. But I live in hope that one day 20 passaps will turn up and kick these tight arses. There are so many of them now I think I am in little Lagos

From the look of him drinking the water he doesn't appear to be drunk. Maybe heat exhaustion or blood sugar issues?

Could be heatstroke or just fatigue... sitting in a metal can and wearing a sweater like this.

What's the benefit of wearing a hooded sweater at midday in Phnom Penh anyways?

Have been brainwashed by cambodians who swear by it. I'd be in my boxers and sandals in the hot sun, if
only it's allowed.

There's so little humidity, that any sweat evaporates in minutes.
