Burger joint...
Re: Burger joint...
You've crossed the line, ponce.
Sorry but a pasty Brit has zero authority to espouse superlative qualities of classic American fare.
Crumpet munching, Twinings swilling pansies and their opinions in this arena hold zero gravitas.
You don't see me commenting on Sunday roasts, bangers and mash and whatever other bland, overcast tripe you lot consider food.
Stay in your lane.

Wait...where's the lettuce??
Bonez doesn't care...that guy is so out of it most evenings, you could dump an ashtray between to buns and he'd scarf it down.

Interesting that yooropeen fare, such as Frankfurters and Hamburgers are now ‘murican, along with tacos, fajitas and chimichangas, but you’ve shied away from usurping the bacon butty. Is it, I wonder, a fear of getting a lumping from Jamie?Brody wrote: ↑Mon Feb 25, 2019 4:08 pm

For what it’s worth, munching crumpet is very nice, if she’s a clean gal and America’s treatment of the coffee bean is the final nail in the coffin for the colonials claim to culinary prowess.

It's a proud tradition of ours to take staid, tired, uninspired foreign inventions and put a superior twist on it which, forever-after casts the original in a pall.Freightdog wrote: ↑Mon Feb 25, 2019 4:25 pm Interesting that yooropeen fare, such as Frankfurters and Hamburgers are now ‘murican,
You know, just like we did with V-2 rockets and Me-262 aspirated jet engines.
Didn't see any Krauts breaking the sound barrier or traipsing across the lunar landscape now did ya.
America, fuck yeah.

pick a country

I prefer my own cheeseburgers, (200 oz imported Australian steak meat ground ) than i add sweet pickle relish, lots of Mayo, Tomato, lettuce, bacon and 2 cheeses (cheddar/Monterrey jack) on sour dough bread
dill pickle & Plantain Fries

In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST

Re: Burger joint...
I checked their Bookface page and their burgers don't look half bad, I'll have to give Cousin's a try.
Humorous aside: whilst checking their Bookface page I spotted 2 CEO'ers straight away, Lol.
