Kep Expat ROBERT EMMETT BURNS Passes at Calmette Hospital

Kep, Cambodia News: On February 16, 2019, the Department of Immigration received information from a 32-year-old Chinese woman, LIANG SIMIN, that her 70-year-old American husband, ROBERT EMMETT BURNS died of a stroke and chronic bronchitis on February 15, at 06:30 am, at Calmette hospital.

The body was sent back to the rented house in Kep where they lived, waiting for the approval letter from the US embassy for funeral preparation.
RIP. Condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
