Where is Bayon TV studios kickboxing?

They list their address as:
Russey Srass Village, Sangkat Niroth, Khan Chbar Ampor, Phnom Penh.
Any clue where this is and how to get there?

Just look for a 100feet tall guyed mast.
The boxing is in a hangar behind the modern studio's.
Small restaurant behind hangar.
