Laura Snook, who was the editor of The Advisor and member of several bands in Phnom Penh, died of a pulmonary embolism in Ecuador on Wednesday.

That's sad, I only met her once and found her to be a wild ball of energy, and told her so. A brilliant and vivacious person, sorry to see she has gone.

Yeah, I haven't seen her in many, many years, probably since her stand-up routines. Rest in peace, Laura J Snook. Here's another clip of her stand-up comedy routine in Cambodia:
