Well, I just got accosted by this guy...

So I'm walking along st5 towards kandal market, cross st136 and in front of Ostro this guy with no shirt comes running out of the Corner bar with his arm up threatening to punch me. I didn't get what he was saying exactly but sounded like english with heavy accent.

Anyway, I put my arm up in self defence and kept walking...luckily he backed off and the girls from Corner bar were yelling. Hey! Hey!

All happened in a minute...his eyes looked crazed out on meth..

No kidding. It's one thing to read about all the shit that goes down here....it's another for it to happen (nearly) to you.

Had no time to think..just react instinctively. Thinking about it later, maybe I should have said something like 'have you mistaken me for someone else' or such like but then again, I reckon saying anything would be feeding the crazed beast and it would mean I would have to stop and he probably would see it as a sign of aggression...and things could have quickly gone downhill from there..
