Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: A 25-year-old Mexican woman reported a phone snatching by two teenage boys on street 113/148 near Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, Khan Chamkarmorn, Phnom Penh. A 15-year-old student, Heng Tong, was arrested and the other suspect, identified as Ratanak, ran away.

Before the incident, the victim was walking on street 113 in the direction from south to north, when the two suspects rode up to the victim on their motorbike and tried to snatch her phone. The victim cried out and pulled the phone back from the thieves, causing the motorbike to fall to the ground. Nearby police and the local people ran to help detain one of the suspects, although the other one managed to escape. The suspect confessed that he and his friend rode the motorbike to hang out, but when they saw the foreign woman with a phone in her hand, they decided to snatch the phone from her.

After the incident, the police confiscated a motorbike, and the phone was returned to the victim. The case of the suspect was prepared to submit to the court.

So she could complain on Tripadvisor that she got an anchor beer in a tiger glass. Or complain that the waiter had pimples on Tripadvisor. It is interesting to see what some people complain about. It is important to let people know what high standards of service you expect inn your third world shit hole country of choice.
