Growing Baby leaves and Sprouts

Post by Dankman »

We have been growing our own greens under 300 watt lights with great success...My wife loves checking their progress every few hours as they grow so quick.

Interesting Dankman, so you eat these when they're small? Is this what people call "microgreens". What kind of light? HPS, fluro, led?

We're using 300 watt LED Grow Lights.

Most are Microgreens but we let the morning Glory get around 6 inches...delicious and Chemical free.
