Frank Lee Bent Steps Down from Moderating Cambodia Expats Online Forum
I'd like to thank Frank Lee Bent for helping moderate CEO over the years, but he's decided to retire. He doesn't have the time to do it anymore, so he's informed us he'll be collecting his CEO pension and taking it easy. I can't thank him enough for the countless hours he's dedicated to keeping things in order on here, as the more hands on deck the better, and he's helped us get to where we are today.
FLB, I thank you again for everything!!

I'm sorry to hear that, I'll miss his mixture of whimsical humor balanced by drill sergeant seriousness with good advice added. I certainly wish him all the best and hope we haven't lost him as a contributor on this forum.
As my old Cajun bait seller used to say, "I opes you luck.

You may have copped shit from the occasional poster, but with over 10,000 posts and 1300 + karma point shows that you have been on the job, so thanks for your contribution to the CEO forum in making it the most successful forum that it is today.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

All the best Frank. I hope all goes well in your future.
Does it have to be all or nothing? Could you have a situation where moderators do what they do when they are available, but they dont have to be available all the time?
I was involved in a completely unrelated forum where they asked a number of the contributors with a good attitude if they want to become moderators. That way there was always someone available whenever others weren't available. Nobody had to commit too much time.
