Phnom Penh, Cambodian News: On January 29, 2019, a Malaysian man and two Cambodian men were detained for sticking advertising on public street poles in Sangkat Prek Leap, Khan Rousey Keo, Phnom Penh, without asking permission, which is against the law of Phnom Penh City Hall.
The suspects were identified as Hen Sopheak, a 31-year-old Cambodian man, Khat Sovath, an 18-year-old Cambodian man, and Tan Wan Kit, a 24-year-old Malaysian man. They all work for the same unidentified loan service company, which is advertising its services in Khmer and Chinese.
In this case, the three men were detained after they were seen sticking flyers advertising the loan company on electric poles, on national road 2, Chroy Changvar bridge, in Sangkat Prek Leap.
The three men were reeducated by the police and have agreed to stop doing that again.
If you want to know the name of the loan company, give them a call.
