Why is it that in the western “civilized” world people start wanting to be something they are not (Not talking about trans people)? Are they really that successful in making the people not loving their selves anymore?

A very famous singer just died from excessive use of skin bleaching cream. Wanting to change into something you're not is no way a Western problem.

Yes, approaching her appearance as perhaps considering a purchase makes sense now.

Never understood why those who love Asian women are so disparaging toward western women, but I suppose the larger body is offensive and therefore must be rejected or considered porcine. I wonder if you couldn't just love whom you want without making those of us online (western fat ass cows and pigs, that is) feel like dung. Meh, who cares.
