Read- Two well connected suspects in custody, and they were drunk off their asses.
Well connected people don't drive '97 Camry's. Notice how the Khmer press always get lots of information from the cops/authorities whilst the Cambodia Daily and PPP get either hung up on or a shake of the hand and "at dung". I guess you can only burn so many sources before no one wants to talk to you any more.
