You had that one for sale for $52,000. Has the owner now decided to rent it ?

If I decide to try it out and rent it before buying it , can I deduct the rent from the purchase price ?

I thought , Before owner asking price $56,000 , you offered $52,000 as remember . I will let's you know if they are going to sale again .
