Service apartments in Siem Reap

Hi Guys: I may have to leave Thailand if they implement a new law which will require holders of retirement visas to have health insurance. I would not be able to do this at my age. I am considering of hauling ass for Siem Reap and would like to know if any of you know of service apartments in Siem Reap for long timers or where you can point me to do the research?
