getting passport out of extension process?

Have you called your passport visa agent and asked "Where the fuck is my passport?" I would do that before making a trip to the immigration office, they may not have it.

for sure i do daily.
he said he has no idea and he has called immigration (thats what he told me...) and they said german passports need longer at the moment. no reasons for sure.

follow up:
i went to immigration opposite pp airport 2pm.
they were super-friendly! even without asking or expecting a fee.
pretty good english. he took my passport copy, came back 5 minutes later and just could tell me the passport left the immigration yesterday. first to somewhere in phnom penh and from there theyre send all over the country. so mine should arrive in kampot today/tomorrow.

Today is the 11th day (not including the day you gave it to them and weekends).

10-12 days is working days.
