She is correct. It's off road 1. Google "passport office", or have your kitchen slave google it for you and all shall be revealed.

its easy if you in PP Mum needs to take child to passport office which is a bit out of the way but esy enough with google maps here

Documents required childs birth cert, mothers birth cert, family book, residence book,id card, photos, cannot rememeber I think 6.
important all the names and addresses match. if they do not you may have to update the doce first
If mum is not well educated she may need a clever clogs to go with her. Its just a case of going from desk to desk and paying. We were not asked for any bribes but there was a q. Took about 3 hours collected passporot 2 days later. various options available at different prices.

You may not need to go to the passport office anymore. I think they have set up satellite offices but you might have to call Ministry of Interior to check where. i think there is one in the ministry of foreign affairs near NAGA but don't quote me, and possibly in AEON2 where they do driving licences
